Annotation: MARTIN ŠVENĚK. The Prague Stay of Jan Krystof Liska Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Arts, Department of Art History 2013, 70 p, Bachelor Degree Thesis. The thesis is dealing with the work of Jan Krystof Liska for selected Prague's churches and discusses its impact on the local cultural environment. It defines its role in the development of the Czech Baroque painting in Prague and tries to point out its individual quality and benefit on specific examples. There is presented summary of the current knowledge concerning the authorship, chronology, the results of restoration, painter's conception including the views of leading experts and color reproductions concerning each of those selected works of art.
